• Whether you are a homeowner, architect, or developer.
• The details of your planning refusal that you choose to send us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, carry out a refusal review, and advise on your planning options. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract with you.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only where necessary to advise on your case, for example with your architect if you ask us to coordinate directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our work together plus any period required for our legal and professional obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights
